Ya, this is my first system. I had to cut out the back speaker openings with tin snips already to get the JLs in there. The front matches the back enough for me. I actually like my music in the back a little more because it stays loud and is less deafening. I already can't turn it up all the way. Trust me it sounds very good and matches better then you'd think. Plus, putting in new size speakers in the front is too much work and theres not much room for anything bigger. If I need to I can always fade to the front a bit or add a set of tweeters.

As for putting my subs in a different enclosure, the quality is amazing and they are put to alpines sealed specification. Sure, I'd love to have them ported and blow my mind... and ears, but I just haven't heard enough ported subs to know if I'd like it. I'm undecided between quality and loudness so I stayed in my comfort zone when I installed them. Also, putting it at 1ohm would blow up my subs. That's 1030w RMS per sub and their rated at 500w RMS. I wouldn't take the chance. Maybe one day when I have another job and more money... I'll get 2 15" Type-Rs, port them, and put them at 1ohm.

I was thinking of getting Alphasonik subs in the future. I don't know a lot about alphasonik, but I bought the amp and I love it. How are their subs?

its not the ports that matter as much as the box having a chamber divider. Do you have a center divider to seperate the subs in different chambers? If you don't they probably do sound like crap.

I would recommend upgrading your amps. Those are some of the lowest, unquality amps.

The capacitor is totally useless.

You should dump the two sets of coaxials and invest in one quality component set. Then look at getting them installed in a proper configuration in the front. Kickpanels are the easiest. Don't run rears. They aren't needed.

Those are the things which you could upgrade for fairly inexpensive. After that, I would say to get quality subs. Pioneer headunits are a matter of preference, but with all of their problems, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

Trust me, I would love to have more quality stuff. Problem is I'm 19 and I'm running on a budget. I think I did alright for what I've put in for now. I could easily spend 10-30 thousand on a new custom system if I had it. I definitely want to get a new 4-channel though. I just went with a cheap one for a sound boost.
