and the ports have an external diameter of 8.5" and you're using 5 ports. **** thats allot of port displacement. have you calculated the port length yet?

are you going to have some of the port stick outside the enclosure?

12.5 straight lenght,then the flairs. all will be in the box

its 6" PVC...not 8.5" pvc. the hole diameter that I cut on his box was 8.5".

he's not using 5 ports, he's using 4 ports.

I make them myself...but you can buy 6" aeros...

had to make use of flares i had laying around the garage due to the green pvc not fitting on the jig I have to make the 6" flares...only the white pvc will fit on it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
