New box for my kickers

I am goin to build a new box for my Kicker Comp VR 12's DVC 4ohm, because kicker tech said my box wasnt big enough to be ported. OK, here is the scoop...

I am building a downfire box in a 1991 Chevy s10. I dont know whether to put each one in it's own chamber, w/ it's own port, (PVC pipe, or built in). OR both kickers in one chamber with 1 built in port, or 2 PVC ports, either way i still dont know how big to make the ports. Ay input from an experienced box builder would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Alot. FYI: Sub are powered by a Kicker 02KX800.2.

i believe kickers website has some pretty in depth box designs. maybe check that out, it has been helpful to me.

how big to make the ports all depends on how big the box is.

just go to the kicker site. they give box sizes and port area, length, and all that good stuff for each one fo their subs. good luck!
