need help building a box for my truck

uuuuuhhh... what kind of truck, how big can it be, SQ or SPL, i would say go with a small sealed box and pump plenty of power into them.

2004 tacoma regular cab and it's has to be between .5 and .75 cubic ft

Hmm, wow, thats a huge challenge. Its not that hard to build that box, its just whether u can fit those subs with adequate air space. I say get out a tape measure and see how deep the top and bottom are. Then get the truck width. U need all the specs to see if those subs will fit.
