This is the first time I have really messed around with Sketch-up but I was happy with the results.

Okay..you haven't told us anything about the box in particular, plus I have no idea as to what the first pic is.

what are the little rectangles in the corner? is that for teminals?

Just a guess, but i would say the back is an amp rack and the rectangles are to route the wires through

yes that is for the amp rack and those are holes for the wires

it has not acctually been built yet but i am really considering it with 3 10" fi ssd's and about 2500watts

You're still going to have wires sticking out of those rectangular slots... It's pretty tough to make a seemless transitions with amp intergrated onto boxes.

I will think of something im sure... at the time I was just worried about size issues because this is going into a trunk
