ok i am orderin a HO alternator for my civic and im gonna buy a new battery also im just not sure what to get i see that stinger has one that is 1050 peak discharge and 438 cold crankin amps but Optima yellow top has one that is only 600 peak discharge but 500 cold crankin amps.. what is the differnce and what would be better.. thx

The more CCA the better, if you have a HO alternator, you shouldn't need to worry about discharge rate from the battery right?
