Also it say "These volumes include the driver displacement and port volume. You do not need to subtract any occupied volumes.", so are those box volumes gross volume, or net volume? The quote makes it seem like its gross volume (maybe im reading it wrong). With the old hd3's many people did 4.5 ft^3 net for the 15", so im a little confused.

I know its not out yet, but i thought that maybe the info was given somewhere. I would like to be able to make the box before I buy the sub, since i only have access to tools when im home from college. I'd rather make the box early and then buy the sub, then to have the sub sitting in my apartment and knowing that i have to wait another two weeks before i get a chance to build a box.

what about my other question, about gross/net volume? This will be my first time building a box, and i want to make sure i do this right.

how are the sd2's compared to DD 1500's? I have a homie thinkin about running 4 sd2 12's instead of 4 DD 1512's (he has 2 1512s now)..
