Well lets get a few things out in the clear... it was a 155.5 to music car off and with 2 btl 18's and did a 153.8 at 34 hertz. so overall 2 BTL 18's against 4 and 20,000 against 6,000 and also you had about 4 times the electrical system. now you are doing it from the rear which I will give you credit i was in a wall all things being said they are about equally impressive and you do have a very impressive system from the rear and you made up for design by applying power. Another thing to consider is how many people out there are doing killer numbers and as musical if not more musical but they don't have a woofer. Although I do feel we are getting off the real topic here....the sub should actually say Scotts initials because Scott is the brains behind it and he has made numerous subs that are amazing, he just threw in your marketing and logo....Good luck and I am not hating as you have never done anything to me.

yes i was there and it is a very very nice hair trick.....that actually is on of my boys girlfriends.....not that that really matters but lets look at the CONE AREA.

I don't recall saying that what I said is that it is scotts design and not steves and yes I would also say that he probably does have most influence on sayin Fi but when is the shaq and kobe and all the others coming out???? I dont believe car audio needs to get into that type of marketing it will just drive costs up even more......

I know about the shoes that was kinda the whole point.....but what the difference is that there is not a conflict of interest with the rappers and the audio shops aren't going for it as individuals. Steve is very popular so of course there is going to be both sides here. I guess it all depends on view point. Oh and who cares if you are a nut hugger lol i am just kidding on that one who cares about other peoples opinions because there is going to be sides and people will take certain sides on everything not a big deal and it makes no one a bad person. My ending point is that it is one of Scotts subs and they do and always will preform. If you have personal issues with meade then cover it up or take off the dust cap. Lets not hate the design just cause steves name is on it.

I'm a sundown rep but at times i get so sick of going on forums and seeing people claim bullshit numbers out of equipment or that a sub is so much more louder then another more robust sub.

Didnt personally care for either of those drivers. all personal. and i agree about just ripping the cap off. (FWIW- that is what i will be doing. I'll just put a blank one one. no biggie. Nothing against steve, i just dont think it looks good, and dustcaps are cheap

To the guy whining about his "friends" score.. 155 to 160 is a VERY noticable difference. If you can do a 160, on music, with only 6000 watts, do it, and i will personally give you $100 (and that only goes for you. none of the knowledgeable members here:laugh)

for the record, scott didnt just make this sub and slap my name on it....i had a little to do with how i wanted it to be - together, we discussed doing a 4" coil. We discussed how the tinsels were going to be and how many spiders we wanted to use. We talked about using a double slug version of the current BTL and doing some other tweaks to it. We talked about dustcap options (the actual cap) and also logo's.
