Needing Box Help!! Willing to pay!!

I'm willing to pay someone for designing me a box. I'm looking to have the sub and port firing up (unless you have any better ideas) It's going to be going in an extended cab Colorado and will fit behind my drivers seat. I'm going to be running this single sub:

This is what I've really got to work with with the seat back being right up to the box. This would be the side view of the box::

I really don't want to go any longer than 15 inches if I can help it but could sacrifice to 18.

With the total height I'd rather stay below the 18" if possible and closer to the 16" for the bottom.

I'm looking for a box that will 1.) Sound good and get low. 2.) Then get loud.

I'm going to be making the box out of 3/4" MDF.

Will be putting ruffly 1100 watts rms into it so hopefully it'll work out ok.

Could you please also let me know what your looking at tuning it to as I really am not sure what would work best for this sub.

Looking forward to what you guru's come up with.

I'll put something together today... if I read it right your taking about a MAX of 18" wide? I don't know if your going to get the volume you need for that driver. Using the numbers from their site you need ~3.5 cu/ft and you have ~2 cu/ft

I'm only using one sub and the displacement of the sub is .15 cu/ft

Optimal Car:

1.35 cu ft net volume sealed

1.5 cu ft net volume vented, Fb = 34 Hz

1.85 cu ft net volume vented, Fb = 28 Hz

So if I'm understanding this correctly the box should yeild anywhere from 1.7 to 2.0 cu/ft with the sub in the box. Correct?????? And I'm looking to tune to 32hz.

That's without a port (including displacemnet).

You will %100 have to increase at least the width of the box to do what you want to do.

This would be the absolute bare min I would do... the port would have to be an aero mainly because the area has to be small to get the tuning you need.

Net Volume: 1.93 cu/ft

Tuning Freq: 32.19 Hz

Port Area: 12.57 sq/in

That's what I keep on saying "lol"... I'm always up for some donations //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
