Need to make box smaller.

I've got a box that's 4 cubes and I need to make i about 3 cubes. What can I use as void fill to take up some space? Was thinking about taping some coke bottles in there, but I don't want them to come loose and rattle. Anyody ever done this before and would like to share some ideas?

It's test for testing purposes, and when I though about it I looked over and saw some empty coke bottles waiting for the trash, and say maybe, aw maybe not.
