need T/S parameters for Mb Quart PWE 254

ok guys heres the deal..i got me a PWE 254 and i need the parameters for it..but i need someone who actually measured it...this is why..

i get my driver and i look at the papers and i get only like 4-5 parameters..

so i email mb quart and i get a response form a Stefan Meyer(acoustical engineer @maxxsonics)..he gave me the parameters but there was smthg fishy about them...so i crossreference with the manual on thier website and the papers for it...and its 3 different sets of parameters:rage:

for example he gave me fs-48:crazy:, vas 6.76:veryhapp: Le 10 mH:santa:

and the manual says fs 26, vas 52.xxx etc..so im hoping someone might help me..i need it in parallel..not series

and i especially need Bl, Sd and Le parameters

i appreciate the offer...but look at my location..were not on the same continent..i have someone reliable to measure it, but he lives in another city...ima send it to him but im more affraid of the transport damage then its fee...if all else fails...

Well, you can do it yourself if you want. Since you have a computer, get ahold of sine wave software, a dmm and a 1k resistor. Then go to this site and take your measurements. Done in a few minutes...

its a good website but still doesnt have everything i need...bl, sd and Le are crucial to me..i have a program for it, but i need a coule of more resistors, and since i live in a god forsaken place i have to order them from a store 600 km away..i dont file like doing that so im hoping someone measured them b4 and can help me out

Well, if you do receive an Le measurement from the manufacture, chances are it is a measurement taken at 1kHz - totally useless from a subwoofer perspective.

Second is the BL. What will that tell you?

If you acquire a copy of WinISD Pro you can get the calculations for Sd by punching in the numbers, not to mention the BL product as well.

i would already but i hook everything up, ang go upstairs to get smthg..as im walking down i step the wrong way and pull out my ligaments...so the measurements will be postponed for 7 days or so..when i do, ill post the results if theres any interset in them seeing how its not a sub u see everyday
