i am trying to build a new system in my jeep. i already have a 2-15" 2.5 cube per sub ported box tuned to 33hz. what subs should i put in it. i'm looking for dual 4-ohm. something to hit low and loud. around the $100-150 per sub range. i'll be able to throw about 1200 watts per sub. thanks for the help.

i might be wrong
but thats alot of power for only $150ish per sub (new at least).... let alone 15's...
Definetly not wrong.

Your in for some troubles.

#1-2.5 cubes per 15 is small for most 15's, especially ones that handle that much wattage.

#2-I dont know of a single 15 that can be had to handle that power for that cheap even used unless its something crappy like a power acoustik mofo.

I would say 2 Type r's, but that box is killing you. 2.5ft is not enough for most 15's, and the lows won't be that good.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i was thinking of running 2-15" fi ssd. thoughts? i know its a little over budget but if the wife signs off its ok. the amp i was looking at was the boss blx5000. i know boss isnt a reputable name but i've heard a lot of good things about it. lemme know what you think.
