those seem like mostly SPL woofers... you think they would compete with the ID? if so im buyin one

from what i hear they are like an atlas12 with more output...and good sq.......so yeah they r comparable to the id but need more power than the id's

the av12 is a sql sub and it gets loud plain and simple....it has a rms of 500.....

d@mn....i want this woofer bad now! But my problem is that i only have freaking 360 watts rms...is that gonna be too little? or should i be fine? with 360 watts runnin to both subs, the av12 and the ID12, which would be louder and sound better?

av 12 will prob take the ID in SPL

haha..well i have my bigger amp runnin my front comps. i could always switch the two and then i would have 600 watts runnin the the sub and like 85 watts perside to the front..but nahhh i like my front! so you think that the woofer would be ok with only 360 watts?

well im about ready to order this **** thing...so i need to know like now if underpowering this will still sound ok...i know it doesnt hurt to under power it but...will it sound good?

first thing that came into my mind was the eD 13.0v2

ya i looked at those but i dont think they will get as loud as i want them too... so i think im gonna go with one of these AV12's.... anyone think that underpowering them will ok and still sound good?

um the av12 i suggested has a xmax of 23mm...sothe distortion level is going to be alittle lower that the ed13's

yes they will be fine with 360watts....get a line driver to boost the voltage signal...it might help
