u mean if the box is made right ?...well i have trust in my tech...so he shoudl get working on this tomorrow

i listen to rock,rap,techno...will this box be good for me ?

would polyfill help in anyway?

i think my sub is completely broken in...the cone moves very easy now and the entire spider moves

Originally posted by Jmac I doubt polyfill would make any difference and it could cause a problem if it gets blasted into the port hole and stuck ... I wouldn't bother with it ...

I think it'll be good for you. It shouldn't have a problem going down to 30 Hz ... It might be a little non-linear from 25-30 Hz, though ... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
what do you mean non-linear ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Originally posted by Jmac If you didn't have the subsonic filter set @ 25 Hz, I would say so.

However, it will probably just result in worse sound quality and slower response from 25-30 Hz. I doubt it will bottom out, especially since you're only running 650 watts ...
ok thanks very much again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

but will this jbl put out anything more than 650 @ 4 ohm ?

i was lookin at a test from carstereoreview mag...this is what it said

841.1 W @ 4 ohms -14.4V

1378.1 W @ 2 ohms-14.4V

683.8 W @ 4 ohms-12V

1039.7W @ 2 ohms-12V

Tested by Ken C Pohlmann

hey jmac... can you do the same for down to 20 htz???? i got a single L7 that i just want to meet every note with open arms.. and i being a producer tend to use the 22 htz range for the REAL low dance beats... let me know some dimensions please..

also im removing the stock seats and installing after market seats, so i have some room to adjust...

basically i have about 4 cubes to work with max.
