Alright I just built my first wall and it turned out horrible. It looks cool as hell but its not loud. Not as loud as my trunk setup by ear or on the mic.
So I want someone who has a lot of experience with SPL, walls, and Kicker subs (L5s) to help me come up with a design for a new wall. I will pay if need be. It was embarrasing as hell at the last comp only doin a 149 with a wall on the audiocontrol when I did a 153 in the trunk.
Here is what the wall is right now
That of course is just the box itself. The wall is a whole different pieces that goes over the entire front of the box and then of course goes from top to bottom, side to side. So the front of the box is double layered.
At most of the comps I attend you can do sealed or outlaw.
So if anyone is interested please let me know. I spent a lot of time building this last wall, and its a shame to take it down, so I just want to make sure the new
one wont be a let down, bc I know these L5s can slam in a wall.
For reference I have a 1994 honda accord 4 door. Two 15" 2005 Kicker L5s, and a Kicker KX2500.1
If you are up for it let me know and we can work some stuff out and I can give you some measurements of the room I have to work with.

Edit: Would like to get a big open discussion with suggestions on what should be done (tuning, box size, port area, where to place port etc). Wanting to get some big numbers at the next comp.
