Need some simple Photoshop help

I respect people who do advertisement and posters and the like, I've never had the patience to do any of that.

no.. hopefully this fall. I need to get a degree in something so it might as well be design. I can whip out flyers all day. spent a lot of time learning all the key commands in PS. its amazing how little you need the mouse...lol

Started doing tutorials on lynda.com and every time I needed a fresh idea I would just seek out random tutorials for ideas.

for real, I only use it for brush stokes when needed, everything else is moved around with the arrow keys
