Need Some Opinion's

Ok so im going to be making a system for a friend of a friend, well he wants something taht can bump, and wants the wow factor in looks, sound decent, and stays pretty cheap, hes looking in spending around 300 for the system, so i was doing a research to what i could use for this foolio as far as the subs would go, and this is the things i could use for him top get what hes looking for, but want some advice, on how itll sound and what you guys think itll be like, here they are

Well for the first pair of 15" subs is, the 15" comp's, ive had one of them 10" comp and it sounded decent for what they cost, but nothing amazing, but 2 15" i may think they should have a decent hit in them, and have the wow factor, their power specifications are pretty low, but i dont know, maybe theyll sound nice.

Then we have the Ma Audios, which is the last pair of subs ive used on a system i recently build for a chevy ext cab, which in that case i used 2 10" ma audio's and i was impressed of their output as i had gotten them pretty cheap and didnt expect too much, so now with 2 15's i think it should hum real nice, and they have some nice power specifications.

so what you guys think i should go with, for me i know kicker would be better, as it is one of the best brands around for lots of people but i am juss trying to get some advice,both pairs would go in a good ported box to their specifications, and power them nicely for them to make some bump, give me ya 2 cents.

ya i know but, i wanna do waht he wants to do, and well he doesnt have that money for something more then 160 for a pair, and well he wants 2 15's. anyone n here have run any of these pairs if so what would it compare to, or someone ever heard some like it?? juss want opinions.
