If you are passive and not bi amp the crossover will pop first

You will not be sending any of the speakers 190w. Your amp is 65x4 @ 4 and 190x2 @ 4. If you do decide to bridge it to the 190x2 you will have to utilize passive crossovers. The 190 per channel will be split between the the 2 speakers so roughly 95 to each.
As mentioned earlier, you can also look into an outboard crossover as your amp does not seem able to do bandpass. This will allow you to drive the mids and tweeters separately giving you more control over both frequency and power.

A last option would be to find a component set with biampable passives. This would be a compromise between the two.

Yes, I will use the passive filters.

And about the power... my amp is 4ch. If it has 4x65w and I use it in bridge mode at 2x190w then I will connect left midbass to channel 1+2 (front) and right midbass to channel 3+4 (rear). I can't understand why I will not be able to use all the power. I won't connect my speakers together on the same bridged channel to receive half power.

The amp will out out a total of 380w (190x2). That will be distributed to 4 speakers so each "should" see around 95w depending on the crossover. If it is too much for the tweeters there will probably be an attenuation you can use.

You might need to dial it back a bit. But like said the tweeter will nowhere near that power maybe 50 watts at most then the most to the mid. If you set the crossover on the amp and deck at 100-120 hertz. The components will take the power better tho

Yeah, this is exactly what I want to do. I'll put hpf@100 in my amp because I don't need excessive bass from mids, I need just kick bass.

HPF at 100Hz at 12db slope may just give you excessive midbass. Start from 120Hz, not many drivers can perform that well that low.
