Ok i am going to get a ported wall built here in my sedan and i was wandering ppl say that when you want more bass to have the subs facing the trunk does this apply to a wall also or should i be having the pointing forward? Also i have 6.5 speakers and i plan on buying a 10 inch woofer specifically just for midbass and not for use as a sub at all! This way i can make up for the lack of midbass in my 6.5 speakers. my ported wall is 3 12's so having this 10 inch for midbass is this a problem since it will be sealed or is all of this just a matter of tuning everything right that way it will all work out. Also ppl say if u want to tune your box for music then tun it between 30-35 hz is tuning your box meaning the higher the hz the deeper the bass? So would it be bad for tuning at like 40 hz? i just seem to miss alot of bass last time i got my box tuned at 30hz on certain songs.
