need some ideas

i have a cheap head unit so it doesnt have bass or treble eq sets. my question is i need some ideas for a quick disconnect for my amp. for example i have to go meet some one and there riding around with me and they dont wanna hear the bass i can just disconnect my amp without having to get in the back and take it off or get behind the head unit and pull the wire off. i was thinking about those i dunno what the called but one end is round and the other is wide and it has to holes for them. kinda like these but wider

just install a toggle switch in you remote wire so you can turn the amp on/off at your lesiure

so like my fog light switch? how would i wire it just wire from amp to it then one to the deck or do i need a power and ground for the switch too??

just go to wal-mart, buy a toggle switch. and small gauge wire. run the wire from the remote on your amp, to the toggle switch.

I think you should get a toggle switch.

ok thanks. xsabesx, thats what im saying, my toggle switch for my lights has to have a ground to it too.
