Need some help with t/s params!!!

K so if the Qts is around or higher than .45 then the sub would prefer a sealed box? And if its lower than .4 then it plays both well in a sealed and ported box?

And if the sub has a high Bl then it has a strong motor and withhold some power, correct?

Nah man, motor strengh has nothing to do with power handling

That has to do with the coil windings, glue, gauge etc

You can port anything you want to

Haha, hell I ported woofers that had a qts in the .7 range

It's really up to you, and its only 20 bucks in wood, so its worth a shot

well in know that you can port anything, but i want to know kinda how it would perform before i build. i.e. if i know that it has a high Qts then i know that it wont like a ported box so i wouldnt be expecting much. And if im looking to buy a sub im going to port it so it good to know what to look at in terms of what i want.
