Need some guidance- How did you break in your subs?

I've got 2 SA12's D4 Rev.3's. How would you go about breaking them in?

Just play them. Break in happens over months of play time.

Free air them and stretch the spiders out for like 10-20mins or just play them and over time they will loosen up

But at what level? Theyre hooked up to an SCV1500 at 1ohm. Stock Bose HU(G37, no choice, without having to fabricate a new dash for an after market HU. $$$$$).

Usually just play around 50-75% for the first week or so then they should be ready for 100% power

Beat them out of the box. If the power is clean like you would do normally the coil will be fine. If it's going to fall apart it needs to in the warranty period. As I said, they will break themselves in. They will play lower louder over time.
