Just play them. Break in happens over months of play time.
But at what level? Theyre hooked up to an SCV1500 at 1ohm. Stock Bose HU(G37, no choice, without having to fabricate a new dash for an after market HU. $$$$$).

I imagine it may be hard to answer "at what level", guess what I mean is, at

I was "warned" by my local CA shop that "Sundown Audio subs have no warranty on their voicecoils". So kinda freaked me out.

Free air them and stretch the spiders out for like 10-20mins or just play them and over time they will loosen up
"free air them"?

"just play them"?

Beat them out of the box. If the power is clean like you would do normally the coil will be fine. If it's going to fall apart it needs to in the warranty period. As I said, they will break themselves in. They will play lower louder over time.
