Need some epinions on new amp

Ok after reading alot over the past few months on here, I need a small mono amp to do at least 400w @2 ohms and have narrowed it down to about 5. Which of these would be the best as far as reliability, sound and cost. My 4 year old MTX mono fried, so I bought a MTX 3401d and it fried in 2 weeks, so Im gonna spend more $$ and get something better hopefully. Thanks for your time.
