Need some advice

Well, I'm new to the whole car stereo game, and I'd really appreciate any help you guys can give me here. I was wondering, just for the deck, what would be my best option, under $300, as far as value for my dollar. I know it's probably a retarded and debatable question, but any suggestions would help.

I was new at this game once and I know how you feel. I hope my two cents will help you... I purchased a Alpine CDA-7893 for $350, and later found out you can get them for under $300 on ebay.com I should have waited but I didn't. Well I think that headunit is awesome. I say go for that Alpine CDA-7893... You'll thank me later, it'll be worth time and money... Hope this helps you!

I bought my clarion for $300 /w a 2 year warranty, but you can pick it up on ebay for around $230. It is an awesome HU, and will last you a long time.

Basically it all comes down to which one you like the best
