3. Description/Condition: I havent hooked this up since the end of the summer but when i did it DID turn on but when hooked to a speaker all i heard was a scratching sound coming out(music was very low even when turned up) .. I open the internals and I see nothing wrong. It could have been the way i was testing it (not in a vehicle) but i am in no way saying this is what the problem was.. Otherwise it looks to be in very good condition cosmetic 9.5/10

EDIT:JUST TESTED ON FRIENDS SYSTEM, NOISE IS STILL THERE

I actually took the time during this snow and went to my friends to just hook it up (I didnt have a way because the snow is terrible outside) but anyways i went, it still does make the noise.. so now its a proven fact ill take 105 shipped(depending where you live)..
