Need single sub @ 4ohm ($200)

Im upgrading my Clarion SW1251 SVC 4ohm 350W/750W 12" subwoofer.

I have $200-$220 for a new subwoofer to replace this with. Most 'good' subs are dual 2 or dual 4ohm, which would present either an 8 or 2 ohm load with only one subwoofer.

I was looking at an Alpine Type-R, but dual 4ohm. Anybody have good subwoofer recommendations? Using 2 would be okay if thats my last option, but my budget is $220 before the box.
