I own a used car lot, and have a dodge truck, I sell it to you.

You let the truck sit, then sell it to the next guy.

So, if the next guy has a problem with it... he's supposed come to me?!?!?! I have to pay for the problems? Nope.

I agree with the last 2 post, unfortunately. You should have tested it to know the condition before selling it as a new condition woofer. I would just give the buyer enough to cover the recone cost, and be done with it. Sucks that you had to learn your lesson this way, but always know what you're selling. If you let paypal do their "investigation", no telling what the resolution would be. If you're a good seller, you know what to do...
