i got a pair of mtx thunder 6000 12" subs which are SVC 4ohms....now what am i looking for in an amp? 1000watts peak, 500rms, 250watts x 2 @ 4ohms?

if the amp only says 500rms x 1 @ 4ohms is that fine as well?

i really want to get this over with and buy the amp that can max out my subs....

let me know some amps i could use.

thank you

i bought a lanzar 1000 watt amp, 2x250watts rms @ 4 ohms, 2x500watts max @4ohm....now, i got the 4awg wire for the connection from the batt to the amp, i also got a distribution block but this one is a 4to8 gauge fuse dist block, is the 8awg wire good enough for this amp? thank you
