goto home depot, or i dont know how ur hareware stores are? and get them to cut everything for you and thats what im gonna, are sheets are the same size over here on the east coast

i have 53" wide to work with also but... im not gonna buy 2 mdf sheets because around here they are 49x97. aint that a bitch.

2 sheets for an enclosure that's about 4.7cubes is a bit excessive, trying to be save money at the while be efficient. im gonna go with a width of 49"; that way i dont have to worry about the measurements being off. but going for a width of 53 is good because it kinda fills in the gaps.
