need port help for 15" L7'S SPL not SQ

help me im building a box for my X-cab tacoma i had 4 10" L7'S in a sealed box but wasnt loud enough so im uping it to 2 15" L7'S

im looking for more BOOM and SPL than SQ outta the subs

box size is 52" long 24" tall 20" deep its going to be a divided box and i had a port set up but not sure if its right it was 3" x 18.5 and the lenght was 18" and was trying to tune for 32 hertz someone please help me

97 taco, 2 l7 15's 2500.1 amp looking for 5-6 cubes per sub, 35 hz and 140sqin of port...this is what ive been hearing from a few box pros i been talking to, but im still yet to hear back from any of them, im trying to get the most outta my subs so im looking for SPL with some deep low chest beating bass so....

i got a 2000 trd taco 2 L7 15"s 2 memphis mc1000d's 2 yellow top's 5 farad cap which dont do crap haha and im 5'7" so i got plenty of leg room for my box plus i gutted the back outta my truck which gave me 3 more inches of room for the box the design i had with port and everything internal volume is about 5.1 cube per sub

haha dude you sound like me, i need to take some pic of my truck i just gutted mine, everything but the floor is dynamatted, lol like 60sqft so far not finished yet, im 5'9'' so i got plenty of leg room too, i had to type 15's in a sealed box with 1500.1 amp, it knocked real hard, cant wait to see what these L7's do so

well i work at a circuit city so i get a mad discount on it, so fcuk it. you kno kicker has specs for a 4cuft box and a 6cuft box for L7's tuned to like 30-35hz if you want the link lemme kno

i was going to port my 4 10's but with out doing a blow through design i wouldnt have enough room so thats why i wen to 2 15's

plus i heard solobarics dont like being in sealed boxes kinda flat sounding

no h/o alt yet cuz toyota is too $$$$$ but i did find out that theres a conversion alt kit you can do its a 2000 s-10 alt that almost bolts right up and to get the s-10 alt rewound to 220 its only like 180 bucks around here but im running 2 optima yellow tops and i re grounded my alt to batt batt ground and chassie ground and that took away the dimming

how much did you spend in ur yellow tops? and i also wanna do the " BIG THREE" but im still looking for a H/O alt i heard they make a huge diff...

i have 53" wide to work with also but... im not gonna buy 2 mdf sheets because around here they are 49x97. aint that a bitch.
