Need password help

[Laneyrw 10+ year member]

I got a new phone and can not login. I must have forgot my password and when i try to reset it I get and error message that the president last name I entered dose not match. I have put the past 2 presidents last names in thinking it may have not been updated. Please help im using my old phone to write this. I also went into my setting threw this phone and tried to change the password but it has my old email in it from when I was in college.
