need opions on amp

[tuckintaco93 10+ year member]

right now i have 1 18 that spl audio built for me its 1500rms dual 2 ohm !

i was looking at the audiopipe amps i know they are cheap but thats the one i can afford

now should i buy 1 1500 now and another when i get my second 18 built or should i buy the 3000 now ..

if i buy the 1500 that means more towards geting the other 18 faster ...
