Need Opinions again

Sorry to ask again, but my site crashed last night while i was changing a few things(my suggestion, dont mess w/ stuff if u dont know what you are doing 100%). I am thinking I am going to keep this layout. (I have one other i am interested in) but i'd like some input again. once you vote please let me know of any suggestions you have.

changes made so far:

1. changed layout

2. Got rid of the Virtuemart logo

3. Added images for the different categories

i have attached a screen shot of the other layout i am thinking of using.

in the Latest PC threats link you got an overlapping of text over the image.

looks good. just be sure to remove the "watermark" left at the bottom of the page. it would be a bit more professional. lol

edit, try to get larger images for the large image view. i get frustrated when looking to purchase items when i can't really see the details of a product cause their "large" image size is the size of an avatar.

It's nice to see you finally got something done, MoT.

Can I suggest a different font for the banner? It looks nice, but on my screen it's really pixelated, and you should try to blend in some color in the top banner. Just plain white and black text is kind of boring. Also, I'd make it so that the top banner is in a table so it isn't spanning across the whole screen while the bottom part is only taking up the middle part.

I'd also get some nice roll-over buttons for the sides. Plain links aren't too appealing to the eyes, nor does it scream "BUY A PC FROM US!" Nothing fancy or shiny. Just something simple.
