Need opinion on getting component speakers

I want to get new speakers for the car.

I plan on doing two pairs of components in the front doors, and power rear doors of h.u. power just for rear fill.

I've got 300 RMS X 2 @ 2ohm on tap, need them to be 6.5"

Need to be fairly loud, but clean, hopefully go down well into 70hz region.

Budget is unlimited but I do wanna get value for money, like if something worth $1000 is close to a $200 comp kit, I'd rather get the $200 one

Hertz HSK 165s they're about $360 a set and well worth the money-definitly suggest finding someone with a pair of these to check out. Got a paired installed about a month ago and I love them. Great with rap, rock, dubstep, eagles, etc
