this is actually what im thinking about but want to see what else is out there... which model btl would you go with:

depends on what your looking for bro... N2 will get loud as sheit.... N3 will get loud as... well, just UNGODLY LOUD

ascendant is the father company of fi.the mayhem is a step above the btl and the next one down from the steve meade woofer.i've seen a pair of 18s take 20,000 watts at full tilt for 5 minutes in a death match and not even get stinky.my 12s were being pushed by 2 powerbass xta 5000s at .7 strapped and was doing 152.8 without any termlab time or adjusting ,now i'm going to put 2 dc 7.5 k amps strapped at the same ohm load soon,should see 154

really..whats the price on one of them? i know what ascendant is just never heard a mayhem or much about them

mayhems are alot less than the neos and you wont be dissapointed

well im going big this time.. room is the only limitin factor in the build.. i will be buyin new alts, bats, and amps along with the subs..

recommended enclosures for ported is 1.7-3 cu ft for the mayhem so im thinking i could probably fit 2 12's back there at ~4cuft maybe little more dependin on slant of box could possibly get more.

was thinkin crescendo 3kwp but i dont think that would be enough for the mayhems would prob need one for each 12 ...that would be around what i wantd to run around 6k or so maybe little more ...

yea, after displacement, you should be able to pull 3 cubes per... what amp you gonna push them with?

crescendo but im very open to any ideas.. been hearin the crescendo pretty good bang for the buck amp tho.

my box is in a chevy s10 xtra cab measures 6.75 cubes inside and 10.0 out.scott at ascendant recommends 2.5 cubes per 12 inch woofer ,but if you build the box a little bigger it will hit lower easier. displacement is only .25 per woofer for the 12s

2.5 would prob be about what id go...maybe 3 at the most per sub.. im limited on room but i think i can get away with that.

which crescendo? they are all VERY stout amps, and run nice, clean, rated power. they can be put down to .5, even tho its not warrantied.... i highly doubt seeing one burn at .5, unless your electrical is just all jacked up
