Need mounting suggestion for amp

I have a 2001 Tahoe daily driver. Need suggestions on where to mount the amp (aq1200). Some place that won't impair folding down the seats in case I need the room for hauling something. Electric front seats, fold down second row seats, and no third row seats at all. Thanks in advance.

build a false floor under your box for your amps to go into

You should have space behind the rear side panels, mauve you can relocate the spare tire tools. If you not using the factory amp, that space is available.

I was thinking maybe under the fold down seat on drivers side. Would the amp stay cool enough under the seat? Any mounting suggestions or pics would be great. I've looked on youtube but everything is way more advanced than what I am looking for.

lol, you have a big azz amp, or something? that's where i put mine. right under the back seat, either side, and still just fold the seat down on top of them...... no mounting pics, though, and yes, there is plenty of cooling space, imho., and as mentioned, behind the driver side rear pannel, which houses the stock 8" enclosure, and not much else to get in your way, as long as you don't want to get in there and change settings often...
