In light of my many issues with the 1200.1; this is not an amp to mod, or do much else with but hope you never have to pull the cover off.

I have had nothing but re-occuring issue's with my own BP1200.1, to the point that I will have no further doing with them.

yes more watts....which means that it needs to be able to handle a lower impedence...although the manufacturer says it doesn't get any louder at one ohm,,even though it's one ohm stable...hmmmm

by the way zane yes i've had to get my jbl fixed b4 but that was my fault for running it at .5 ohms on accident, but since then it's fine, and i've already opened mine up...:thumbs_up
