i don't think consulting with a real estate attorney would do any good, but i guess any info is better than no info, and why would the newspaper say ya'll was in the alley if you were on the front steps??

Well I see the communist wealth isn't the only place with laws like that. I got an open container ticket several years back while sitting on my porch with a beer here. Fighting did no good. ok, he called the court and they said his fine is $99.50. and this wont go on his record. and since it will cost him $80 in pay to miss work to come up here for a hearing, and more than $19.50 in gas, hes just gonna pay it.

no, thats what the cop told him to do when he gave him the ticket. and when he called, they said "call back tomorrow". so i figured id see if theres any info i could get b4 then.

see most of the time for a little ticket like that is not worth fighting, just pay the stupid fine and get it over with, he is doing the right thing....
