well in pa, if u get an underage, you lose your liscense. pa is really gay with their laws. i wouldnt think that an open container is too big of an offense, but who knows.

my friend did call some attorneys. only 1 actually answered, and he said that it might affect his license. but his next door neighbor is a real estate attorney, and hes gonna talk to him tommorrow. im just trying to dig up some info for him if i can.

press enterprise wants to charge me to use there site. i google it and didnt find anything. ill check for the actual paper when i go out to my truck next.

i kept searching for mor einfo, but i only found 1 PDF for columbia county stating that that offense can have a fine up to $1000 and a jail sentence up to 30 days
