Need itty bitty alternator

Kinda the opposite of what we normally get on the forum... I'm looking for the itty-bittiest alternator anybody's ever seen. My son's doing a project at his universty and needs an external self-contained alternator but small and lightweight. What's the puniest one you guys have ever seen?

Don't know if there would really be a small alt, but look at some old TINY cars, like a geo metro or something. Look up some info about them online and then go to a junkyard and try to pick one up nice and cheap

Also look at the ones for circle track racing - IIRC I seen one rated for about 38amps.
