Need input 2 9515g's or 2 9518g's

Im trying to decide. I have 2 9500g motors and currently have a cut through in a standard cab truck. I'm taking my treo ssx 15s out and going DD. I have a treo 6.1 about 6000 at 1 ohm 7500-8000 at 1/2 ohm.

So which would you do 9515s or 9518s. What will be the difference between the 2. Any advantage or downfall using one over the other?

18's will be louder.

pair of 18's is almost 50% more cone area. If you have enough volume in your box and enough space to mount 18's it's kind of a no-branier if you're trying to get louder.

You will need a lot more port area and a bigger box for the 18s. If space is an issue, 15s would be the way to go.

I have the room I have a truck bed I can fill. My box now is 18 cubes or so.

Well if you want to get as loud as possible then go with the 18s.

Is there that much of a difference from a 15 to a 18" ? Will it be worth the effort to do 18's?
