And how I should do it. Not wanting to spend a ton but I no its not going

I used to own a s10 blazer till it got wrecked. I would do 1 8'' in the bottom front corner, then either a 5.25 or 4 up right under the power window switches. I would also only run one tweeter each side. Look into a ribbon or horn loaded tweeter, they are loud as hell and won't confuse your sound stage.

Particular reason u want 6v outs?

Eclipse has some 8v head units. But, you'll have to go used if u want Eclipse.
