well i was planing on getting this kenwood setup, but now i want some a little better. my budget is around 350-400 for subs, box, and an amp(s). and i listen to mostly rap.

I have a sealed box w/ 2 12" Pioneer Premier TS-W126DVC subs for $200 shipped. They handle 400rms and sound pretty good too. They're in like new condition as well.
