I'm looking to build a box for an American bass xfl-1022. I have bass box pro but am unfamiliar with using it. Have all the specs for the sub if needed I can post them. I plan on powering this sub at 1 ohm on a c.a.b 1600.1.

Put up the specs... I'll give it a whirl... and post the modeling... I'll also need vehicle space measurements...

Well... I've modeled it and it was a b*tch... to get enough port area and be able to keep it short enough to fit into the box... I've modeled it right at 1000 watts input so the CAB might deliver a little more than that... Oh well... All I need is vehicle measurements now...

Here it is...

I had a hard time finding the port area/length that would work with that power...

I'm still learning so any feedback is appreciated...

It's peaky but to smooth it out required a SMALL box with an external LONG vent... or just sealed of course...
