Need help with sub and amp..

Hello everyone, I have some sort of problem with my setup and need a little advice. Gone through 2 kicker compr subs. 800rms. 1ohm stable. Wired to 1 ohm. Paired with a pioneer gm-d8601 mono 800rms at 1 ohm. Will have pics for settings on amp. HU settings are sub +1 db..lpf is 120hz.. slope 2.. loudness off.. First sub fried within a day. Second one lasted a couple days. Running 1 sub at a time. Ported metra box from bestbuy. Done a handful of systems before and never had this problem. Big 3 also done with 0gauge and 4gauge power to the amp with 4gauge ground. 10gauge speaker wire. Amp has never went into protect mode. Just suddenly I hear no bass and open the trunk with smoke coming from the port. Just second guessing myself on the install right now. HU goes up to 50 i nevrr go past 35. Normally around 27 28. Its a sony cdx gt575up. Any advice would help. The coil is uncoiled after this happens and I can't push the sub in. Its stiff.
