I have 2 12'' audiobahn subs 500rms each. Has a 2300 watt Audiobahn amp powering them.
1000watt profile amp powering 4 infinity kappas (110rms) per speaker. The speakers aren't bridged to the amp.
Both The audiobahn amp and profile amp are using the recommended 4guage wiring kits.
My lights dim just barely when i turn everything way up. I don't have a cap and was just wondering if i could buy a better battery and what would be the specs of what i would buy. The one i have now says 1600watts it seems to power everything fine even when turned way up. But my lights dim just barely that you cant hardly notice it. And I have to get a new battery anyways so instead of buying a cap Is there a better battery i could buy that would solve my problem and provide more power to the amps with out burning them out or breaking them.
I drive a 2000 Ford Explorer "Not eddie bower edition"
I can get a cap if you think that's the best solution to my problem but I just figured i could get a better battery cause the one i got doesn't seem to be doin a bad job.
