need help with box + kicker comps 12"

Rec. Sealed Box Dims: 1.25 - 3.50 cu.ft.

Rec. Ported Box Dims: 1.75 - 2.25 cu.ft.

heres info on box

I've got a dual 12" box, carpeted gray, slot port painted black. Tuned to 28Hz. Enclosure volume is a little small for what you specified, around 1.5cF per sub, but maybe it'll work with the drivers you're using...

its kinda small compared to what it requires for ported enclosure but its near by me so it would make it alot easier, would it **** with my subs? would it still be as loud/louder than a sealed enclosure built to sub spec's?

what kind of power are you gonna be feeding these subs? what exactly does asterisk my subs mean?

it won't blow your subs. they might not be quite as loud. given it's a smaller enclosure, you could feed them a little more power. are you going for sq or spl? that box is an sq box given the low tuning frequency. depending on what you listen to and what you want out of your system, you may want to look at a different box.

well i want to get loud, but thats also good ill have sound quality , would i get nearly as loud as i could witha bigger box or will there be a significant difference,

depending on how much bigger and tuning frequency there can be a big difference. i would do a box that is 2 cubes per sub, tuned between 32-35 hz.

i dont liek the way kicker comps sound in small boxes. havent heard a small box tuned that low with comps but i still think you should go for 2-2.25 for each and low 30s like iceteebone said.
