need help with a new setup for a car please...

I am building a new system in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring LXI. I am a big sound quality guy and I listen to pretty much everything. I have a few subs in my mind but I AM OPEN to more suggestions.

And I need help matching an amp to the subs I end up with...

I do not know a lot about matching amps with subs as I am sort of a rookie to this so I need some help. I have been browsing some and I was wondering if this may match one of the subs I chose.

It may not match at all...all help is appreciated...

But i am totally open to any other opinions on a different sub/amp choice. I am not planning on spending more then 700 dollars total on the sub/s and the amp....I would like to spend less....like 500-600 if something like what I chose would work out...but I am open to all help...Thanks..

Also help with a type of enclosure that would work/sound best would help me a lot...ported/sealed/size/etc....
