need help with a box

first of al I have never built a box. But I just purchased 2 id max 12 v3 d4 and I need a box for them. I have heard alot about tuning, ports, volume etc. etc. I have a Mitsubishi Lnacer so there is not alot of room. But I want a box that is worthy of these subs. The box I have now is big but I'm not sure of the volume, tuning and all the other stuff. Please help me because I am lost and right now I just have those subs sitting around. Thanks for any help.

First of all... are you an SQ person or an SPL person? I don't know the Qts of those subs but knowing they are ID, i'd prolly put them in smaller sealed box for each, and they should be plenty loud depending on your amp. Look in the manual that came with the subs, or on the ID website, that should tell you some stuff too.
